At Fancy Steel, we stand behind the durability and quality of our products; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box and include the packing slip provided in your return confirmation email.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
